Tranquilino Sixto-Anorve, an illegal Immigrant from Mexico with multiple DUIs, rammed an ICE vehicle and struck a civilian car this morning in Saint Paul, Minesotta.
ICE targeted Sixto-Anorve for arrest because his criminal history indicated he was a PUBLIC SAFETY THREAT.
Vehicle rammings against ICE are up OVER 3,000%, Sixto-Anorve is in ICE custody.
