Notes:
- Volt Optimizer is actually not included here, So you can use any version of it
- Restarting service took 15 seconds until it's done
- Force Performance mode would immediately kill the service
- Some settings need to restart service to be applied (read toast notification)
- it can be used on another mtk device, but some tweaks would not be applied
