Fyi, so there are device_config flag that you cannot change the value so for answring this question by my self i experiment and found how to change it, ITS very easy

device_config put instead put you replace it to device_config override this overide the value to not following aosp default value
Example to try new render engine graphine for UI effienciency (Android 14+)

device_config override core_graphics com.android.graphics.surfaceflinger.flags.graphite_renderengine true

Or enable cached crop layer for better scrolling performance ( required android 14+ )

device_config override core_graphics com.android.graphics.surfaceflinger.flags.cache_when_source_crop_layer_only_moved true

And forcing use skiavk / vulkan on renderengine

device_config override core_graphics com.android.graphics.surfaceflinger.flags.vulkan_renderengine true

To check if application succes to be override

device_config list_local_overrides

Update Progress is almost done thanks for keep waiting sorry for long time not sharing the progres because i very busy to find solution in my script searching some usefull headers for C and almost full refactoring my script to run better :) the release is as soon as possible maybe Tomorrow or Friday Depends on my execution.

Introducing the performance-ai (non root) module
This module is expected to improve the gaming experience and save battery when not playing games.
This module can be set by the user to adjust the best settings for their device Using webui settings.

Swappy delta feature is design to stabilize your gaming experience not boosting it so if you mean to fully boosted game experience without stabilize it ( heavy issue ) set it to stop but if you already set it in start / start-advanced
You need to set it to stop first then reboot to fully refresh system property.

Next maybe i release v2.3 version that forcing knowing bug
- downscale on A13 didnt working
- add game booster to whitelist avoid system busy restarting the game booster
- implement the winscale modules from @Dcx400 ( If I wasn't lazy ) for android 12 under
