Finnaly i succes to implement adaptive loop for specific arm version :) now the script can run more Light in the background (only for main service only. for swappy-delta maybe latter. If possible)

Now swappy delta can adjust more accurate
Introduce dynamic bound for games and stres test

The development period might not be on schedule anymore. My school entered me into a Paskibra competition. This is because the training with the military during MPLS helped my posture return to normal (I can stand straight now), which was previously a bit hunched from a lot of coding.
