How to Recognize and Counter Negative Thought Implants
Recognizing the tone of your own voice can help you distinguish your own voice over an implanted thought. Observe and KNOW YOUR OWN VOICE in your head during meditation through positive affirmations.
When you see a certain person and think of something negative, try to listen to the thought again, if you hear a different voice, most likely the thought is an implant especially if the person you see is prone to psychic attacks, due to the nature of his/her own work.

Slowly, you will learn how to lay down your arms. How to walk away from those who will only ever love you in halves. Slowly, you will learn that you cannot love someone into loving you, or being ready, if they are not. You cannot love someone into their potential. You cannot close their hands around your heart if they are not willing to hold it themselves. You have to let them go. You have to focus on the people in your life who bring you back home to yourself. You have to focus on standing up for that kind of connection, on honoring that calm, because it exists. It exists.
And I hope you learn to trust that, because when you come across it, when you ultimately experience it, it feels as if you are standing at a door you finally have the keys for. You enter it with ease. There is no fumbling through your jacket pocket trying to find the right way in. There is no desperately reaching into your bag trying to uncover the point of access. You are no longer banging your fists against the door, asking to be invited in. You walk through. Soundlessly. Softly. Relief washes over you. You take off your shoes. You hang your coat in the closet. You put on a pot of coffee. You’re home. You’re home.”

Our brain is the worst at keeping emotions at bay. Emotions are processed and generated through the heart. Have you tried processing both positive and negative thoughts, by breathing in and focusing more on your heart/lung space?
Your beats. Your brain thinks. You dont stop the heart from beating, why will you stop the brain? Its not about stopping the brain, but letting all thoughts pass through the heart.
The heart space is like an immovable mountain, but ever expanding in size. Have you tried perceiving thoughts as clouds passing through you, an immovable mountain?
Whether storm clouds or light clouds, the mountain doesnt move.
Information is generated everywhere in your body. Your nervous system isnt only in your brain, but around all organs.
Through malnutrition, chemical imbalances, toxification, emotional trauma, stress etc... These organs process information differently.
You will keep the having same bad info and also bad emotions coming from your organs reaching your processing brain IF you don't heal and detox all of those things.
And the one that isn't really easy to do is heal emotional trauma. No one taught us that. Society tells us to talk to a Psychiatrist. The Universe inside you, The Higher Self with a clear voice, benevolent ALL around you... Are all COMPLETE sources of encouragement, divine information and emotional healing.
How is your Hell to Heaven ratio nowadays? The goal is not 0:100 ratio. But 1% better each day. All of us towards one goal. Are you noticing your Hell Loops daily and what causes them? What inner work are you doing during those Hell Loops?
