🧿For those not in the know, Battlefield 6 is coming out in 8 days, set in the near future, NATO has collapsed and France is among the rumored to have left, the remnants fight against the 'Pax Armata' military company. That is about as much lore as is known now.

Here is a bit of the released single player storyline, taking place in [no longer British] Gibraltar.

Flakfire : HITTING THE BEACH AT GIBRALTAR (NO-HUD): Battlefield 6 Singleplayer - Operation Gladus Gameplay
EA gave me some hands-on time with a few missions from Battlefield 6 - here's some NO-HUD gameplay from Mission 3: Operation Gladus - the mission to kick PAX off of NATO turf in Gibraltar. Enjoy maximum immersion and a taste of the single player campaign.

🧿 Back to uploading.. Tradition must continue, as I process and upload the next Talk, here is a tune to crank up for this Tuesday.

Came across this nearly two decades ago as a part of a political rap mix [Political Hip Hop Rap Mix (Circa 2007) - Anti War, Anti Government, Peace, Anarchy, Revolution, in case you want to listen to the whole playlist] I listened to often when I was bussing on the way to work at a watersports place in Cyprus, took me a good 7+ years to find again.

Who knew that political humor would become such a large part of my life.

🧿 Drago Bosnic is back from China and wanted to Talk about his experience there while he was a guest of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD).

In this Talk we learn about the experience Drago had while travelling to a 'developing country'; how many of the myths about China are untrue; Chinese refer to Russians as 'big brothers', many of whom speak Russian; and we learn about the Chinese mercantilist nature.

Also in this episode : Chinese people know about Serbia; When Drago met Russian cosmonauts; How Chinese NGOs work; A visit to the factory that industrialized China - now a museum; A city of 33 million with no crime and no visible law enforcement; and Drago recalls meeting a USAF (Vietnam era) delegate who only later realized Drago was from Serbia, which as you may expect was hilarious.

🧿 A box of no comments ... hahahahhahaha the jokes write themselves. 😅

Patrons, leave a comment if you are in chat, I will reach out on Patreon soon to get your shipping details, and size preferences. Likewise, if you are still a sub on Patreon but have stopped giving, I will still reach out there to see if you are interested in a shirt as a sign of gratitude for your previous support.

Once those are sorted and regular show guests get theirs the leftovers of the first [*limited] series of WB shirts will be up for grabs, the logistics of which are still to be determined.

Then there will be a second series of shirts.

I will get some better photos of all the details of the shirts and make a proper post about it at some point.

*it is most likely that this will be the only white WB shirt going forward, an exclusive of sorts.

🧿 Our Russian friends shared a very interesting story:

SERBIAN WATCHMAKERS INTRODUCED RUSSIA TO TIME.

📌When watches are mentioned, the first thought is of the famous Swiss masters. However, Serbian watchmaking is 200 years older than the world-renowned Swiss one.

📌The Swiss only started making watches in 1601, while the very first watch in Moscow appeared in 1404.

🏫It was not located on the Kremlin tower, but in the court of Grand Prince Vasily Dmitrievich, near the Annunciation Cathedral, and was made by a Serbian monk named Lazar.

📌The chronicle says about the master who made the watch: "The prince himself conceived the clock, and the watch was installed by a Serbian monk named Lazar." These watches were arranged in a special way.

📌Usually, the hand rotates on a clock, and the dial remains stationary. Here, everything was the opposite: the dial rotated, and the hand remained still. And the hand itself was unusual, shaped like a small sun with rays, fixed on the wall above the dial.

📲Moreover, the dial did not show the usual 12 hours but as many as seventeen. The clock kept time for 217 years until it was destroyed in a fire.
