Binance knew about Sec-Paxos-Busd fud. CZ wanted to cash out his money to USDT or other stable coins without hurting market. Basically, I read on twitter that all dis rally in market was led by aggressive bids from BUSD only. Now my theory is that cz started buying around 16k, started dumping around 25k.. Once sec cut off Silvergate banking for binance, along with no more issuance of new busd, the aggressive bidding has reduced now.
