Сегодня Международный день родного языка, вспомнились картина Питера Брейгеля Старшего и миф о происхождении языков:
Люди, говорящие на одном языке, решили возвести столп «до небес», чтобы добраться до бога и «сделать себе имя». Но чтобы помешать строительству, Бог решил проучить людей и смешал языки, чтобы они перестали понимать друг друга.
Нам остаётся лишь беречь родную речь и нести её в будущее, сохраняя от любых невзгод. Давайте понимать друг друга даже если мы говорим на разных языках! Как на вашем родном языке сказать – «Я тебя люблю!♥️»?

Today is International Mother Language Day, and it brings to mind Pieter Bruegel the Elder's painting, 'The Tower of Babel,' along with the myth of the origin of languages:
People who spoke the same language once decided to construct a tower «up to heaven» to reach God and «make a name for themselves.» However, to thwart their efforts, God decided to teach them a lesson by confounding their speech, so that they could no longer understand each other.
Our task now is to cherish our mother tongue and pass it on to future generations, safeguarding it from any adversity. Let us strive to understand each other, even when speaking different languages! How do you say «I love you!♥️» in your native language?

Проходил сегодня мимо одной из будущих площадок и заметил вот такой зелёный уголок.🍏
Мне кажется есть что-то общее между молодёжью и зелёными деревьями – без них невозможно представить наше будущее.
Смотришь на такую живую красоту и дышать становится легче. Жалко не могу распознать растения, но впереди целый фестиваль, экологический трек улучшит мои знания.😅

Breathing becomes easier when you are surrounded by such vibrant beauty. It's a pity I can't identify the plants, but with a whole festival ahead, the ecological track will enhance my knowledge.😅

Перечитывал на днях Гоголя и вот какая фраза зацепила: «Молодость счастлива тем, что у ней есть будущее» А ведь об этом наш фестиваль! Каждый из вас будет строить будущее нашей страны и нашей планеты.
Видел программу и делюсь с вами интересным проектом, его цель – собрать коллекцию книг фестиваля. Книги, которые привезут российские участники, будут переданы библиотекам новых регионов нашей страны, а книги иностранных участников положат начало международному фонду книг библиотеки «Сириуса».Торжественное открытие пройдёт 3 марта, самое время поставить напоминалку.
И по секрету – взамен на книгу можно получить небольшой подарок от #ВФМ2024

I was rereading Gogol the other day, and this sentence caught my eye: 'Youth is happy that it has a future,' and that is exactly what this festival is about! Each of you will build the future of our country and our planet.
Having reviewed the programme, I'd like to share an interesting project with you, its purpose is to collect books during the Festival. Books brought by Russian participants will be given to the libraries of the new regions of the country, while books from foreign participants will establish the international book fund at the Sirius Library.The grand opening will take place on March 3rd, so mark your calendars.
Here's a little secret - you can receive a small gift from #WFM2024 in exchange for a book.
