Last week computer science professor J. Alex Halderman's bombshell Dominion report was finally unsealed by the courts, exposing SEVERE security flaws and vulnerabilities within the Image Cast X machines used all throughout the state of Georgia.

CISA has acknowledged that these vulnerabilities do in fact exist and has recommended that they be addressed immediately, and Dominion has even offered to provide a software update to "patch" these vulnerabilities.

However, Brad Raffensperger decided NOT to allow any updates, and has announced that he will continue to use the same machines until AFTER the 2024 election. Raffensperger was recently confronted, and here's what he had to say...

“Georgia’s election system is secure. It’s been battle-tested through two general elections, subjected to repeated audits and intense public scrutiny, and come through with flying colors. Georgia’s election officials are proceeding judiciously and responsibly to ensure that our elections are secure, accurate and accessible to the voters. Every single piece of voting equipment across Georgia will undergo security health checks ahead of the 2024 presidential elections, including verification no software has been tampered with.”

"An analysis was conducted of the total number of ballots counted in the 2022 Arizona general election compared to the number of registered voters.

A potential 8,241-vote discrepancy was discovered between the total number of registered voters listed as voting and the total number of ballots counted in the 2022 Arizona general election, about 29.4 times the 280-vote difference in the attorney general race."

Once again, SCOTUS defies the constitution in a 6-3 ruling against Republicans in North Carolina, shutting down the notion that state legislatures have plenary power over prescribing federal election laws.

This decision will have a MAJOR impact on the inevitable challenges that follow the 2024 election cycle.

Justice Thomas dissented and stated, this “opens a new field for Bush-style controversies over state election law — and a far more uncertain one."

The constitution states CLEARLY that election rules “shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof.” Giving legislatures ultimate power to prescribe election law without interference from the state courts.
