PETITION TO IMPANEL SPECIAL GRAND JURY TO INVESTIGATE FEDERAL CRIMES REGARDING COVID DATA FRAUD & WILLFUL MISCONDUCT

September 27, 2022 – Petitioners Dr. Henry Ealy, Oregon Senator Kim Thatcher, and Oregon Senator Dennis Linthicum await ruling by the Honorable Marco Hernandez, Chief U.S. District Judge 9th Circuit, regarding a petition to impanel a special grand jury to investigate substantiated allegations of multiple violations of federal law by Respondents Robert Redfield (CDC), Rochelle Walensky (CDC), Alex Azar (HHS), Xavier Becerra (HHS), and Brian Moyer (NVSS). Petitioners allege that Respondents willful violations of federal laws resulted in (1) Criminal Data Fraud regarding COVID death certificates, hospitalizations, and cases; and (2) Willful Misconduct involving Medicare/Medicaid Insurance Fraud and the misappropriation of $3.5 trillion dollars.

The Justice Departments, on behalf of the Respondents, falsely assert that: (1) the “nation’s prosecutors” alone control the U.S. Grand Jury System, and (2) there is “no scenario” in which a citizen can present evidence before a grand jury without the approval of a District Attorney or U.S. Attorney.

The Justice Department falsely asserts that U.S. Attorneys alone hold the power to decide if a petition to a grand jury will be presented before a grand jury based upon Rules of Criminal Procedure, and which completely ignores the 1st Amendment and Federal Law. The Rules of Criminal Procedure the Justice Department cites does not supersede the U.S. Constitution. No person or agency can have the ability to restrict a citizen’s duty and right to petition the grand jury for an investigation into substantiated allegations of criminal activity.

Our country is a country worth fighting for and the Petitioners intend to take this fight for justice all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary. Petitioners have not requested prosecution as that is for the grand jury to decide after completing their investigation. Petitioners only seek to present evidence to a grand jury for investigation as is their right, particularly when U.S. Attorneys failed in their duty to present the evidence of criminal activity of extraordinary magnitude given to them for two years by the Petitioners.

Both parties, along with more than 200,000 Americans who have confirmed their support of an investigation through Stand For Health Freedom, now await the Honorable Marco Hernandez’s ruling on the Petitioners’ Constitutional right to petition the grand jury and inform its members of the evidence they’ve uncovered which can restore law and order to a nation in desperate need of truth, transparency, and justice.
