⚠️ Diosdado threatens Venevision for publishing the report by María Corina and Marco Rubio.
Peru announces the release of two more Peruvians who were detained in Venezuela

The Peruvian government confirmed the release of Ricardo Meléndez and Arturo Paredes, adding three citizens released since the capture of Nicolás Maduro on January 3rd. Meléndez, a 62-year-old businessman, and Paredes, the former mayor of Requena, were detained in El Rodeo I for various reasons and will receive consular assistance for their return to the country.

The release was managed from the Peruvian Foreign Ministry with support from Brazil and Colombia, as Peru and Venezuela broke diplomatic relations in July 2024.
Businessman Víctor de Aldama testified before the judge that Delcy Rodríguez personally delivered to him an envelope containing information related to the illegal financing of the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) through transactions involving Venezuelan hydrocarbons, as part of the investigation into the hydrocarbons case.

According to the testimony, the regime allegedly financed the party using Venezuelan oil.

The envelope in question bears the seal of the Venezuelan regime, dated February 4, 2020.

The sender is the Chavista minister and president of PDVSA (the state-owned oil company), Manuel Quevedo Fernández, and the recipient is Delcy Rodríguez, from whom it was allegedly passed to Aldama. All of this was done under the orders of Nicolás Maduro.

US Control Of Venezuela Could Last For Years, Trump Says
🇺🇸💬🇻🇪📈🏠📰 The New York Times: Rubio Says Venezuela Will Submit Monthly Budget to White House
Democrats sharply questioned the plan, including the role of Qatar in managing an account funded by the sale of Venezuelan oil.

Venezuela’s interim government has agreed to submit a monthly “budget” to the Trump administration, which will release money from an account funded by the country’s oil sales and initially managed by Qatar, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday.

But the plan drew sharp questions from skeptical Democrats, and Mr. Rubio conceded that it was “novel” and hastily designed. The role of Qatar — a Middle Eastern country thousands of miles from Venezuela whose ruler has won President Trump’s favor — drew particular criticism from Democrats, who questioned its legality and transparency.

Mr. Rubio detailed the plan during an appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. It was Mr. Rubio’s first public testimony to Congress since American forces captured Venezuela’s leader, Nicolás Maduro, on Jan. 3, and an opportunity to clarify U.S. policy toward the country.

🇺🇸🇻🇪An LM-100J Super Hercules from Pallas Aviation, a company affiliated with the CIA, flew from Puerto Rico to Caracas for the third time in a month.

These flights are likely related to preparations for the resumption of operations of the American embassy and, accordingly, the CIA's resident office under the cover of the embassy.

The protection of the embassy staff, as in other dangerous regions, will be provided by the forces of the special unit GRS (Global Response Staff).

⚠️🇻🇪🇺🇸 It's Official: Delcy Rodríguez signed a law that allows the privatization of the country's oil sector.
🇻🇪🇷🇺 Russian ambassador to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, today ruled out the possibility of there being traitors in Cuba who collaborate with the United States, as happened in Venezuela with the capture of its leader, Nicolás Maduro.

"In Venezuela, without a doubt, there was a betrayal. It's something that's being talked about very openly. A part of the high-ranking officials, in fact, betrayed the president," said Nebenzya in statements to Russian television.

He added: "That little number won't work in Cuba."

Maduro, whose release is being demanded by Moscow, was the Kremlin's main ally in Latin America, where Cuba would take second place.
