🇺🇸🇻🇪 María Corina Machado stated on Friday that the head of the Chavista regime, Delcy Rodríguez, "does not represent the Venezuelan people or the Armed Forces", but rather the interests of Russia, China, and Iran.
"I am deeply certain that we will have an orderly transition. It's a complex phase that we are currently facing. They are doing the dirty work, of course, they are," she said, referring to figures of the chavismo who continue in their roles.
Machado affirmed that the final result will be a "proud and free" Venezuela, aligned with democratic values and turned into a strategic partner for the United States.
"The result of a stable transition will be a proud Venezuela, which will be the best ally that the United States has ever had in our hemisphere," she maintained.

Pabón and Rodríguez had been sentenced to ten years in prison for printing T-shirts with the image of the fall of a statue of former President Hugo Chávez, which a supposed client ordered via WhatsApp, during the protests of 2024, after the presidential election.
The lawyer indicated that the precautionary measures set for Pabón and Rodríguez by the new court handling the case are still unknown.
