— Should be noted that both Catatumbo/North Santander of Colombia, as well the Táchira and Apure States of Venezuela have been plagued by Venezuelan-funded Colombian Guerrillas, Colombian Cartels and FARC dissidents fighting over the control of Catatumbo-Maracaibo cocaine route, which represents approximately 30% of Colombian drug trafficking production.
