The Minister of Defense of Nicolás Maduro's government, Vladimir Padrino López, responded this Tuesday to the mockery by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, about the training of the Chavista militias.

During an event on Bolívar Avenue in Caracas, Padrino López described Trump's attitude as an act of “supremacism.”

“When yesterday we see yet another buffoonery, a mockery, mockery is an act of little human value, mockery is contempt for others, it is supremacism, mockery is racism.
