I have confirned first detained people in Maracaibo. GNB fired tear gas, but there's not enough people yet.

In my opinion was a mistake to call people to gather in an specific point. It let time for loyalist forces to deploy in those places in order to provoke fear.

The strategy should have been calling people to gather all across their communities and hoods. That's how 2017 became so hardcore.

Let's see how the situation evolves across the country.
