The families of these Spaniards informed the Spanish Consulate in Caracas on Saturday that they had been released from prison, the agency reported.
According to diplomatic sources consulted by ABC, "the two Spanish political prisoners - whose identity remains anonymous - are released under very peculiar conditions, with a regime of periodic presentation before the judge and with the promise not to make any statements."

Users on social media have reported power outages and rationing on Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta state, on Monday, November 18.
Journalist Ángel Rivero reported on his X account (formerly Twitter) that this situation has been taking place since Monday, November 11.
“They are experiencing what we all experienced in 2019, but this week. There is no electricity for more than 24 hours, there is no Internet, food is rotting in the refrigerators; it is very serious”
Another user on the social network indicated that the rationing is up to 14 continuous hours and that on the island they only have 6 hours of electric service.
While Valentina Quintero, a journalist specializing in tourism, expressed her sadness at the situation in Nueva Esparta.
“It would be unforgivable to remain silent when such a dramatic situation occurs on Margarita Island due to a specific contingency,” she added in a post on her Instagram account.
