The body of young Isaías Jacob Fuenmayor was buried in the San Francisco de Asís cemetery, located on the road to Perijá, in the company of his family, friends and his mother, who tearfully said goodbye to her little one in an emotional ceremony.
From his home, in the Valle Encantado sector, in the San Francisco municipality, his schoolmates, neighbors and loved ones carried his coffin through the streets, singing the national anthem and songs in his honor.
At just 15 years old, Isaías died this Monday during the day of anti-government protests on 40th Avenue in San Francisco.
"Justice, justice," they cried as they toured the city and then left in a caravan of cars and motorcycles to the cemetery where he would be buried.
His friends brought a football and began to play in front of the hearse, in honor of his beloved Isaías, his partner in the usual "caimanas" in the streets.
Arriving at the cemetery, his family gathered around the coffin to hug him for the last time, and cry inconsolably for his departure.
A group of teenagers gathered in front of the coffin and mourned the departure of their brother, and they placed a small speaker with their favorite music, the song
His mother, Liseth, kissed her son and dedicated some beautiful words to his memory. "I know that where he is, he sees that everyone is with him," he said.
In addition, he described him as a "cheerful, fighter and hard-working" boy, and he will always "carry him in his heart."

"Venezuelans,
We have spent years fighting to unite our country around common values in a civic movement for freedom. WE ACHIEVED IT.
We have spent months building a robust platform to defend the vote, which could unquestionably demonstrate our victory. WE ACHIEVED IT.
We offered the regime a chance to accept their defeat democratically and move forward in negotiations to ensure a peaceful transition; however, they have chosen the path of repression, violence, and lies.
Now it is up to ALL OF US to uphold the truth that we ALL know. We are going to mobilize. WE WILL ACHIEVE IT.
It is time to TRUST each other. To stay ACTIVE and FIRM.
It took time to win; now it’s time to CLAIM what is ours."
