Riot reported in Guayaquil regional prison

Four oil tankers have been "stuck" on the Venezuelan coast since December
A batch of oil tankers hired to transport Venezuelan oil have been stopped since mid-December, accumulating bills of up to $100,000 a day due to the delay in loading the merchandise.
According to Bloomberg, with data from ship tracking, there are four supertankers with the capacity to load about 8 million barrels between them.
The reason why the ships do not finish loading the oil and leaving for their respective destinations is unknown.
