I had a phone call with Prime Minister of Iraq Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani. I noted that Ukraine is ready for a new page of bilateral cooperation. We agreed to activate all existing cooperation mechanisms and to launch new ones. The Ukrainian Peace Formula was also discussed.

Вдалося повернути додому ще 100 захисників і захисниць. 80 чоловіків і 20 жінок. Це армійці, прикордонники, воїни Військово-Морських сил, нацгвардійці. Серед них, до речі, оборонці «Азовсталі».
Це – сотня родин, які перед Пасхою отримали справжню радість. І, звичайно, продовжуємо працювати, щоб повернути всіх наших із російської неволі. Пам’ятаємо про кожного і кожну! І повернемо!

Дякую всім у нашому Координаційному центрі ГУР, дякую кожному, хто займається переговорами і підготовкою обмінів: хлопці Буданова, Єрмак, Малюк, Лубінець... Молодці, хлопці!
А особливо я вдячний усім, хто підтримує наших людей після звільнення і дбає про лікування, про адаптацію, – це важливо.

Today we have good news from our team working on exchanges.

We managed to bring home 100 defenders. 80 men and 20 women. These are soldiers, border guards, marines, national guards. By the way, defenders of Azovstal are among them.
These are a hundred families who got real joy on the eve of Easter. And, of course, we keep working to return all our people from Russian captivity. We remember everyone! And we will return everyone!

I thank everyone in our Coordination Center of the Main Intelligence Directorate. I thank everyone involved in negotiations and preparation of exchanges: Budanov’s guys, Yermak, Malyuk, Lubinets... Well done, guys!
And I am especially grateful to everyone who supports our people after release and takes care of treatment and adaptation. It is important.

I spoke about the situation in Ukraine and the repulse of Russian armed aggression on the battlefield. Every day we take steps to ensure the resilience of Ukrainian soldiers, support society and business.

I am grateful to Howard Buffett for supporting the Ukrainian people! In particular, for the implementation of the kitchen factory project, which is part of the school meals reform, as well as the assistance in the implementation of the grain initiative, support for demining, purchase of generators and elimination of the consequences of the enemy’s shelling of the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.

Ми зараз на такому етапі війни, коли важливо і нашому суспільству, і партнерам не втрачати відчуття шляху, яким маємо пройти. Саме шляху. Шляху, який попереду.

Порівняно з минулим роком у багатьох місцях зараз тихіше. Але це не означає, що можна десь там ігнорувати війну чи бути менш сконцентрованими на допомозі державі. Нам вдалося зробити багато разом із партнерами для захисту людей, України, всієї Європи. Але це не означає, що зараз – час спочивати на лаврах.

Так само, як у складі Ставки кожен відповідає за свою частину оборони держави, на шляху до перемоги кожному і кожній варто розуміти: а що є вашими кроками до перемоги? Та чи на весь шлях вистачає цих кроків?

Це нерозумно – просто пасивно сподіватися, що перемогу принесе хтось інший, той, хто зараз в окопах, хто зараз у штурмах. Це спільне завдання. Перемога здобувається усіма. Тими, хто за неї б’ється, і тими, хто дає зброю. Тими, хто скорочує можливості держави-терориста, і тими, хто збільшує можливості України.

Дякую всім українцям і українкам, хто розуміє, що маємо пройти цей шлях разом до перемоги і у справжній єдності, підтримуючи одне одного та державу! Дякую всім нашим партнерам у світі, хто не збавляє активності у допомозі!

We are now at such a stage of the war, when it is important for our society and partners not to lose a sense of the path we have to overcome. Precisely the path. The path that’s ahead.

Compared to last year, it’s quieter in many places now. But this does not mean that somewhere you can ignore the war or be less focused on helping the state. We managed to do a lot together with our partners to protect people, Ukraine, and the whole of Europe. But this doesn't mean it's time to rest on our laurels.

Just as everyone in the Staff is responsible for their part of the defense of the state, on the path to victory everyone should understand what their steps to victory are. And whether these steps are enough to complete the entire path.

It is unwise to just passively hope that someone else will bring victory, the one who is now in the trenches, who is now in the assaults. This is a common task. Victory is gained by everyone. By those who fight for it and those who give weapons. By those who reduce the capabilities of the terrorist state and those who increase the capabilities of Ukraine.

Thank you to all Ukrainian men and women who understand that we have to walk this path together - to victory, and in true unity, supporting each other and the state. I am thankful to all our partners in the world who remain active in helping.

Загалом зараз випускаються 2607 офіцерів поліції, 414 випускників ДСНС. Знаю, що серед вас є ті, хто буде нести службу в прифронтових і прикордонних регіонах – Сумщина, Харківщина, Запоріжжя, Херсонщина, Донбас. Знаю, що серед вас є ті, хто приєднується до нашої нової штурмової бригади «Лють».

Я дякую вам за сміливість обрати саме такий професійний шлях! Щиро бажаю кожному і кожній із вас міцності, яка була б рівнозначна міцності всієї нашої України. Та гідності, щоб українці могли пишатися вами й надіятися на вас.

Everyone who chooses the profession of a law enforcement officer or rescuer gets the opportunity to make Ukraine stronger in a decisive thing. In what distinguishes us the most from the enemy, from the evil state. In the protection of people, in the protection of the very basis of life - a safe, normal life.

In total, two thousand six hundred and seven police officers, four hundred and fourteen graduates of the State Emergency Service are now graduating. I know that among you there are those who will serve in the frontline and border regions - Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donbas. I know that among you there are those who are joining our new "Liut" assault brigade.

I thank you for the courage to choose such a professional path! I sincerely wish each and every one of you strength that would be equivalent to the strength of our entire Ukraine. And dignity - so that Ukrainians can be proud of you and pin hopes on you.
