Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested by U.S. Marshals outside of a private event in Miami, Florida, following an extradition request by the UK Government against the brothers on over fifty charges related to rape, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, as well as additional charges relating to illegal child images and pornography.

An 'aspiring Doctor' who raped two women in Devon and Cornwall has been jailed for 14 years.

Chris Clark, 32, of Battersea Park Road in London, was convicted by a jury at Truro Crown Court of two counts of rape.

He was sentenced to 14 years in jail by the court on Friday, July 17.

The court heard during the trial that Clark attacked the first victim at a Travelodge he was staying at in Torquay in September 2022.

Devon and Cornwall Police said Clark invited the victim to his room before raping her.

The second victim in this case told police that in June 2025, she attended Clark's then-home address in Truro.

Inside the property, he made sexual advances towards her, to which she repeatedly told him no. Despite this, Clark raped the victim.
