'EUROPE, HELP' — Ceuta firefighters PLEAD

Attempted kidnappings of children have taken place. Locals have stopped it in the last minute by fighting back. Nothing is being done to stop it. Army is there but told to stand back and only interfere when an attack happens right in front of their eyes. The culprits involved in such acts are never sent back to their home countries.

Some 60.000 illegal migrants are still there. Many have entered Europe already. Very few went back. They're given food and some daily necessities by the Red Cross. Locals have burned the migrants tents on the beach last week until they were stopped by the army. It's filthy everywhere.
