More than likely he fled because he wasn't getting paid, after one month he would have to go back home to feed his three children.

Seems he went to Ukraine but most of his Polish friends didn't want him to go, not because they like him, but because it's a senseless fight to them.
He only recently left Poland, maybe around October 2022, he joined some Polish group and is still active in UA.
