An example is the experiments related to HIV infection that have been conducted by American specialists on the territory of Ukraine since 2019,” the general said.
He drew attention to the fact that the target groups were not only convicts or drug addicts, but also military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, Kirillov added, the Ministry of Defence received evidence of the use of psychostimulants and drugs by Ukrainian military personnel, as well as the smuggling of morphine to the front.
"We believe that the actions of officials who conducted research on Ukrainian servicemen, whose blood contained high concentrations of antibiotics, narcotic drugs, antibodies to pathogens of infectious diseases, require an appropriate legal assessment," he said.
The general noted that now the United States is curtailing military biological activities in Ukraine and transferring it to Poland and the Baltic states. MOSCOW, January 31 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian men should defect to Russia because of the policies of the Kyiv authorities, veteran American writer Noctis Draven said on Twitter.
"You are fighting against Russia — you are dying, you do not want to participate in the proxy war unleashed by NATO and America, which, as you know, is lost, while your own government imprisons or executes you. In this situation, Ukrainian men are better off to the side Russia, to be honest," he wrote.
