Russian Defense Minister Shoigu: "Russia was forced to launch a special military operation in order to protect people from genocide, as well as demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, ensuring its nuclear-free and neutral status. The West urgently organized the supply of lethal weapons. Military advisers and employees of private military companies are being sent to the country.
To retain power, the Kiev regime uses terrorist methods against its own people. Nationalists carry out executions of those who refused to participate in hostilities, block the exit of citizens from cities, using them as human shields, and put artillery in residential areas.
Numerous facts of torture and brutal murders of Russian prisoners of war are known. And it is not hidden. However, the West refuses to recognize these facts. The so-called civilized countries not only deny the existence of neo-Nazism in Ukraine, but also honorably host representatives of Nazi units involved in bloody atrocities."

#TransFormatorBuzzes:
Mythology of the “unbiased” journalism

Continued from https://t.iss.one/TrFormer/1018
In the times of the military conflicts many concepts that were seemingly unchallengeable for many generations will suddenly be questioned and frequently – dismantled. So is the statement that journalism may be or should be unbiased.
So what those little humans, some of which happened to be journalists, would do in a situation when their comfort and convenient way of life are challenged by uncomfortable questions, but who were brought up to believe in impartial journalism? Well, they will pretend, they will simulate non-involvement. You may try more successfully to imitate impartiality if you are covering an unfair treatment of the grey squirrels in the UK as "an invasive species", because they are as cute as the red ones.
However, covering a war, that is not just a local conflict of little significance, but a prelude of coming world's regime change, so that everything you rely upon is likely to shift, you can not be impartial.
If you are one of the lucky few, who has got an appropriate training and class upbringing and is working for, let's say for example, BBC, then certainly, you would know, how professionally playing with the words, to insert that necessary passage about the opinion of "them" in such a way, that it would only translate your subliminal contempt to "their" feeble attempts to deliver "their" narrative or "their" interpretation of facts. However, formalities are observed and you are an "impartial" and even "independent" journalist.
Well, did you say "independent"? It may sound cynical, but it is a part of reality, that "those who are paying money, are ordering the music" (Russian saying). It is widely believed, that BBC is funded solely by the licence fee of the British taxpayers. To me that means, that the corporation is supposed to promote the British way of life and the British values in the interest of the British taxpayers. It is OK with me. It is absolutely normal, but what if those values and even living standards in the country are challenged by something or somebody? Can we still believe in its independence and impartiality? Common sense says – no. BBC should defend the interest of the British people. It can't possibly stay above the fight.

Hungarian Prime Minister Orban compared sanctions against Russia with an atomic bomb
According to him, the country is waiting for a hard winter. He also added that it is difficult for the republic to be a member of the European Union, and called restrictions on Moscow unreasonable and unacceptable.

Thoughtless sanctions against Russia are similar to the "action of the atomic bomb", they can lead to starvation and migrants at the border. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban.

“Reckless sanctions should not be taken, because sanctions against Russia are equal to one atomic bomb, this can lead to the fact that we will not only be unable to feed our people, but also get a lot of migrants at the border,” he said at a joint conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

According to Orban, Hungary is in for a tough winter. He also added that it is difficult for the country to be a member of the European Union, and called the sanctions against Russia unreasonable and unacceptable. https://life.ru/p/1495854

Chinese delegation in Davos did not applaud Zelensky and left the hall, a member of the US House of Representatives Michael McCall said on CNN.

A similar reaction occurred due to Zelensky’s speech, in which he asked for an oil and gas embargo from the Russian Federation, as well as blocking the IT sector and banks.

I remember Ukrainian resources not so long ago spread the news that China had abandoned Russia and now supports Ukraine...
