In Moscow, a Kyrgyz migrant entered a woman's restroom and began filming and sexually harassing naked Russian women. He was given only a minor administrative fine, reported July 21

In Yekaterinburg, an Azeri rented a Russian man's property but then refused to pay him, kidnapped him, held him hostage, tortured him with his friends and forced him to transfer the apartment to him. ПИДОР police refuse to arrest the Azeris, reported July 24

In Moscow Oblast, a migrant crashed his car into a russian man's car and then got out and started attacking random Russians on the street, reported July 25

In Ufa, Bashkortostan, an illegal Tajik trader threatened to behead a Russian man who confronted him about having rotten produce. No arrests have been made, reported July 26
