Meet Rasul Dzhabrailov from Chechnya, shown in the first video beating a Russian to extort him for money. Rasul ran a criminal racket in Moscow for years with knowledge of PIDOR police. Eventually he was arrested after he made too much of a name for himself and there was public outage, but soon after he was released to “join the SMO.”

Rasul doesn’t fear PIDOR law enforcement, but apparently he became afraid when a large Russian nationalist telegram channel published his name and the detail of his story, as this might cause him to become the victim of Zigger on Zigger violence. He then sent his Russian girlfriend to beg them to delete the story from their channel.
