The total supply was 40,000.
The contract was revoked and LP was burned. Distro seemed Good.
But somehow he managed to get 9 Billion Tokens from dedust "PayOutFromPool" which is clearly more tokens that the MAX supply even though the contract was Revoked and LP was burned...

After doing more research and talking with known developers of TON.
He created a custom non verified contract which I will not explain exactly how he managed to avoid scanners but this was not a dedust exploit it was a scanner bypass so people thought it was safe from scanners but was not actually safe..
He could still send tokens even though he didn't have them but fooled the scanners...
The contract is custom and non verified so will be checking all contracts code going forward.
