This is true. The America Project (and I) have agreed to backstop a Michigan assessment audit. It is a simple audit that states can do for $.25 per ballot. Not $4 or $5 or more per ballot, but 25 cents. We do that, and in a couple of weeks Michigan will have a full assessment and, if there are fraudulent ballots, we will be able to steer the Michigan authorities to those ballots specifically, without their needing to find needles in a haystack.

So we have now taken the economic argument away from Michigan. I will commit to getting this funded. I think it is about $1.25 million. They need only accept.

If Michigan turns down an offer of a free assessment on it, we know the fix is in.
