Macon County Elections Supervisor Tarshea Fudge-Riley and her deputy registrar Lamonica Lakes have been federally charged with conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.
They allegedly helped a therapist fake mental health therapy sessions that NEVER happened — then billed insurance companies for MILLIONS.
