The Android 16 source has officially arrived.

Naturally, that means the usual routine begins:

• Sync the source.
• Break everything that was stable two days ago.
• Watch build errors multiply like rabbits.
• Wonder why Google decided to move yet another component for consistency.
• Push a temporary fix that somehow just works.

We're starting work on the source-side setup. Hang tight the usual bring-up chaos is underway, and things will start falling into place soon.
