The main goal of the project is to eliminate spam, chaos, and lack of trust that are typical for most OTC forums.
Moderation and Communication Rules
The forum operates with a fully automated moderation system.
In all sections except #chat, anti‑spam restrictions are enabled:
no more than 1 message every 20 minutes.
This eliminates flooding, bumps, and artificial topic promotion.
The #chat section is intended for free communication and has no time limits.
Integration with the Guarantor Bot @TheOpenGuarantorBot
The forum is directly integrated with the guarantor bot.
Any user can obtain information about another participant using the command:
/info @username
Available information includes:
• total number of deals
• number of successfully completed deals
• volume of successfully completed deals
• rating within the system
Paid Advertisement Section
The forum includes a dedicated topic for paid advertisements.
Posting a message does not require contacting the administration.
To publish a message, you must send a transaction to the bot’s wallet with your username included in the comment.
