Central bank digital currencies get full BIS backing

The Bank for International Settlements has given its full backing to the development of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), saying they are needed to modernise finance and ensure 'Big Tech' does not take control of money.

Dubbed the central bank to the world's central banks, the BIS, which is coordinating many of their discussions on digital currencies, set out recommendations on Wed on how a CBDC such as a digital dollar, euro, yen or yuan should look.

Coeure's BIS colleague Hyun Song Shin said authorities will have to decide whether citizens need digital IDs to use CBDCs or go down a token-based route that many cryptocurrencies use to keep transactions more anonymous.

In the view of the BIS, the ID system would be the "better way to go" Shin and Coeure said. One reason being that it would prevent people using digital currencies from countries other than their own such as the safe-haven dollar.

The Weaponization of Money? WHO’s Health Tyranny

Programmable – means the money can be programmed on how it is to be spent by an individual, or blocked, or made to expire, or made to be used for certain goods or services – or it can be totally withheld, wiped out, depending on how well you behave, according to the standards of the all-commandeering death cult elite.

CBDC is a master control element, a stranglehold on the population.

WHO would have overreaching powers over otherwise autonomous countries, being able to overrule national Constitutions and decide whether a disease must be treated as a pandemic, i.e., with massive vaccination.

For example, WHO could decide that henceforth the common flue must be treated as a pandemic. Since “covid”, any “vaccination” will be the gene-modifying mRNA type.

In response to a petition created by Dr Tess Lawrie, co-founder and Steering Committee member of the World Council for Health (WCH), the UK Petitions Committee has scheduled a debate on the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) for Monday 18 December at 4.30 pm.

People around the world are mobilizing to issue rejection letters and indicate reservations. Now is the time for all nations to reject this dangerous precedent in the strongest terms. The proposed IHR amendments pose serious questions regarding their impact on national sovereignty during global health emergencies.

We are calling on all concerned UK citizens to join us in London on Monday 18 December at 4.30 pm either in the Parliamentary gallery or in Parliament Square. We also encourage all UK citizens to alert their MPs to this important debate and urge them to attend.

In addition, we urge members of the international community to view this important debate live on parliamentlive.tv or on YouTube. We invite the international community to alert and inform their political representatives by providing them with the debate viewing link in addition to our Policy Brief addressing the proposed IHR amendments and Pandemic Treaty. Conducted in autumn 2021, the survey also asked for central banks’ assessment of the use of stablecoins and other cryptocurrencies (or cryptoassets) in their jurisdictions.

UK Government Justifies Using Royal Air Force To Monitor Online COVID Speech, Calls “Disinformation” a “Serious Threat”

The Mail on Sunday reported that UK Royal Air Force (RAF) intelligence agents participated in a covert operation run by Whitehall, which was suspected of surveilling private citizens speaking out against Covid lockdown measures. This secretive operation was led by The Army’s “information warfare brigade,” tasked with analyzing online commentary—a charge the Ministry of Defence repeatedly rebuffed publicly until the recent reveal.

Documentation furnished by this publication suggests the Armed Forces, particularly those located at RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire, assisted various government bodies, such as the Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport’s Counter Disinformation Unit and the Cabinet Office’s Rapid Response Unit.

What is pharmacogenomics?

Pharmacogenomics is the study of how genes affect a person’s response to drugs. This field combines pharmacology (the science of drugs) and genomics (the study of genes and their functions) to develop effective, safe medications that can be prescribed based on a person’s genetic makeup.

Many drugs that are currently available are “one size fits all,” but they don't work the same way for everyone. It can be difficult to predict who will benefit from a medication, who will not respond at all, and who will experience negative side effects (called adverse drug reactions). Adverse drug reactions are a significant cause of hospitalizations and deaths in the United States. 

Researchers are learning how variants in genes affect the body’s response to medications. These genetic differences will be used to predict whether a medication will be effective for a particular person and which dose will help prevent adverse drug reactions.
