This week I had another guest cat at home.🐈
(I’m a cat sitter for people who go on vacation or away for work).
This particular cat (Mario) was very scared the first day, to the point I had to sleep on the couch cause he had confiscated my bed and was hissing and growling at me. πŸ˜†

After a good talk with him he let me back in my own bed
The next day the ice had melted and we spend a great week together.
(He slept in my arms every night the rest of the week, btw)

I always make a full video compilation for the owners, so they know that they had a great time here. ☺️
Here a little piece of that compilation.

I may post them more often in the future 🧑

In my previous post I told you all about my guest cat Mario (as a cat sitter for people who go on vacation or away for work)

The week before Mario, I had Boi to visit. A first timer and an incredible lovable social cat. He has a heart problem, needed medication and careful monitoring.

I made sure he still had a great healthy time

His owner got a compilation video too of his week with me.

I always match the music with the energy of the cat πŸ˜‚

I’ve decided to post it πŸ₯°
Meet Boi…

You have you!
Youβ€”the one who can change your own mood.
Youβ€”the one who can take your hand and go for a walk.
Youβ€”the one who can cook your favorite meal.
Youβ€”the one who can take a risk and change everything.
You have yourself 🫢🏻
And that is your greatest resource.

Cat owner shares how his cat @rackarkatten (on instagram) started racing him home after walks when they first moved to the countryside - and now it's been their favorite tradition for all these years!

This video was from 2,5 years ago, but she is still going strong at 17 yrs old πŸ₯°

Giza, a melanistic leopard, was spotted with her cubs in Laikipia, Kenya.
Her dark coat comes from a recessive genetic trait, which means her cubs can still have the typical spotted pattern if they did not inherit the trait from both parents.

Seeing a black leopard with her cubs is rare and shows a side of her life that is usually kept out of sight. ❀️

β€œThe Netherlands hides massive trash containers underground so their streets stay spotless”
Via X

Apparently it is a special thing for foreigners.
I have them in front of my building (Amsterdam) and they are very convenient and clean indeed.
They collect the trash twice a week. It sounds a lot louder in this clip than it does in my street πŸ˜…
