It is difficult to not acknowledge the fact that we are not only being ruled by unlawful mandates at the whims of a certain political class who has no problem enforcing tyranny to their own benefit, but also by pure stupidity. And the recent rulings coming from the US District courts of now all three grand divisions in Tennessee is proof positive that reasoning has lost, and politics wins the day.

Just putting this out there. This is an excerpt from US District Judge Ronnie Greer’s court order in the Knox County Schools case regarding masks.

Part of his reasoning for requiring that KCBOE put a mandate in place is because of the public’s continued compliance. He asserts since most people voiced opposition but complied anyway, that the mandates must not be that much of a burden after all.

We have been shouting this for over a year now.

Is an unvaccinated police officer really a health threat to society? Of course not, but a police officer refusing mandatory vaccination clearly denotes an individual whom stands on principle over blindly following orders. That is especially clear in the face of the MASSIVE propaganda push via the medical, political and media establishments.
A police officer refusing mandatory vaccination obviously does not wholly subscribe to the narrative being pushed otherwise they would simply subject themselves to being vaccinated.
Individualist minded people, those not as susceptible to following a crowd, are the kind of people which are an anathema to an authoritarian state.
Authoritarian states require people whom will blindly follow orders which is why it is certainly beneficial for a growing totalitarian system to purge individualist minded types from all institutions of power. When that is complete there will exist a mass of drones willing to do their masters bidding.

Well Tennesseans, it looks like we may have finally made enough noise. Word on the street is that the General Assembly will call themselves to a special session.

Now, the REAL work is just beginning. Once in session, it will be critical to ensure that our legislators appropriately and fully deal with these issues surrounding our continued state of emergency, mandates in schools, and continued mandates over employees and consumers.

It is go time. Great work Tennessee!

• faith leaders broadcasting services and ceremonies at places of worship, with the minimum number of people required for the broadcast to occur (no more than 5 people);
This basically bans any religious leader or politician whom won't take a vaccine on the basis of it using fetal tissue from abortions in its development or testing from public life.
