1️⃣ Streamers with at least 30 subscribers can post stories.
2️⃣ Partners and Affiliates who have streamed for at least 45 minutes in the last 30 days can post stories.
Twitch plans to add more features to stories in the future, such as polls, tagging other streamers, and editing capabilities. Read more..
