Residents of Soledar say that the Russian military began to evacuate them from their basements to safe places.

"- Там была плохая экономика, обучение только на украинском языке, историю начали переписывать, - вздыхает Яна. – Появился национализм, а мне русская душа ближе. Когда в город в 2014 году зашли укронацисты, они говорили, что всех нас убьют, перевезут свои семьи жить на плодородную землю. Началась отмена русского языка, хотя мы все русский народ. Я сама видела, как они обворовывали квартиры и дома людей. Тех, кто был за Донецк, ловили и издевались над ними. Моего приятеля пытали током, он показывал мне следы.
