As for Soledar, it is very good news, and it looks as if more good news may be on the horizon, in fact, there may well be a major Russian offensive in the near future, perhaps even on 3 Fronts - Donbass, Odessa and Kharkov/Kiev. Valeriy Gerasimov - now the highest-ranking professional military officer officially appointed to command the SMO. The minister remains the minister; the General Staff is in charge of the war, and all responsibility is now on Valery Gerasimov. And all the reins are in his competence.
Now I will guess at the functionality. Alexei Kim. He fought in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Syria, and Chechnya. He was highly valued by General Shamanov as the Head of Operations (all combat planning) of the 58th Army. At the beginning of the Second Chechen campaign, Alexey Kim was wounded, then continued his service. A short characteristic from his comrades-in-arms - clever. Probably A.R.Kim will become one of the generators of combat initiatives of SMO
Sergey Surovikin. In my opinion, he will be given preference as an implementer of all combat action plans. In my opinion, the most suitable option is a strong-willed, experienced general, capable of leading those who believe in him and making those who do not to leave.
General Oleg Salyukov. In my opinion - this is a military commander who knows and can do everything by the Charter. I would suggest his position is related to bringing the whole SMO mechanism to absolute discipline.
I deliberately do not specify the names of the posts; it is the business of the country's leadership. All these appointments indicate that SVO is becoming the main thing for all law enforcement agencies in Russia. Not "one of," but the main one.
I wonder if, at this stage, the structures of special services, police, Rosgvardiya, EMERCOM, etc., will report to the commander of OGV(S) ASB? Along the lines of the OGV(S) counter-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus to combine efforts?

War against God
This year we celebrate Christmas with a heavy heart. It is difficult to find words that would describe what is happening with Orthodoxy in Ukraine, so I suggest you familiarize yourself with the thoughts of the author of the book "Dreams of the Crucified Bird" (I strongly recommend reading) Alexey Livanov:
On this New Year's Eve, a farewell service was held in the Refectory Church of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra. Parishioners and monks were saying goodbye to the centuries-old territory of the Upper Lavra, where representatives of the SBU and the police would not let them in the next morning.
The Ukrainian government no longer hides that it has sided with the devil. But they don't realize that this side is already defeated. To fight against God is madness.
The dehumanization of the former Ukraine did not begin yesterday and not even on the Maidan, but back in 2004 under the guise of "soft power" of orange color. It was then that the first sprouts of Ukrainian nationalism appeared, as well as the imposition of Catholicism and the displacement of Orthodoxy. After the outcome of the Maidan sabbath, these forces were thoroughly strengthened under the auspices of the all–Ukrainian national idea - Russophobia and separation from everything Russian.
The alienation of a part of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra as the "end of the lease" of the Lavra churches — all are links in one spiritual chain and the result of the efforts of those holding power, wagging their tail in front of the West with lackey devotion in the hope of a piece of evergreen "sugar". And the seized part of the Lavra will be given to heretics-schismatics from the UOC or their henchmen who attack the priests of the ROC and destroy Orthodox churches throughout the former Ukraine, wherever they can reach.
I have nothing against Catholics and the Catholic Church, but I am categorically against the imposition of an alien tradition, when almost at the state level Christmas is moved to December 25.
God is not reviled and the retribution for the filth will be cruel.
Perhaps I will say unpopularly and not in a Christian way, but: "Do not forgive them, Lord, for they know exactly what they are doing!"

Особенно The Times негодует, что независимый "репортер представляет украинские войска как нацистов и обвиняет Киева в извлечении человеческих органов и их продаже в Европу".
Понятное дело, правда глаза колет!
❗️С другой стороны, ни слова о реальном содержании моей работы - публикации доказательств того, как украинская армия убивает невинных мирных жителей на Донбассе. Как всегда.

Vladen Tatarsky is a good guy, and we have a lot in common. We both joined the LDPR People's Militia in 2014, both served honorably, and both are now accredited war correspondents and human aid volunteers. And we both know exactly what it will take to win the war in Ukraine. And we've both been saying it for quite a while now, and we are still both wondering when TF it's gonna get done.
I do not agree with a lot of the so-called "experts" who have no clue, are just guessing and are only saying what they think people want to hear because they think it will get them more airtime and on the big talk shows. The opinions I agree with are the opinions of guys like Tatarsky, Sladkov, Khodakovsky, and my many friends in DPR Army, Wagner, Spetsnaz and COBR. These guys know what they're talking about, know the truth and are not afraid to say it.
