Я был допущен не к такому большому массиву закрытой информации, но мог наблюдать, насколько быстро закрытая для всех информация публиковалась в иностранных СМИ со ссылкой на их разведку. И второе условие — это способность ВПК и Армии России накопить резервы.

Третий вариант тоже есть. Терпеть невзгоды войны и ждать, пока Западу не надоест. Этот вариант я не хотел бы рассматривать, как и сценарий нашей капитуляции. Страна, у которой есть ядерное оружие, проиграть в войне не может.
