The guys were transported with the IL-76M transport aircraft. Though it makes no difference what they were transported with, what airport they were transported to. They got to their homeland.

Now the guys will be treated and rehabilitated in medical institutions of the Ministry of Defence. Great Christmas news.

Soledar taken. City battles are still going on, several hundred soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine remain in the city, who did not have time to leave at night, prisoners are taken, but the city is ours.

Russia has been waiting for this victory for a very long time. For the first time in many months, during which our army had to "regroup" and withdraw, leaving territories and people, there is a long-awaited advance.

This success is also pleasing because the leadership of Ukraine tried to make significant fortified areas from the small town of Soledar (as well as from Artemovsk), where reinforcements were sent from the same Zaporozhye, where units from the Kherson region arrived. And ours took it. They took it at the cost of the lives of the Russians, and it is not so important whether they are fighting in a private military company or in regular units. In any case, the flag of Russia will be raised over Soledar, with which I congratulate all of us!

I hope that the capture of Soledar will give new strength to our military, who are fighting in neighboring Artemovsk, in Maryinka, which is also almost taken, and along the entire front line. From such local victories our great Victory will be formed!

PS. In the dispute between PMCs and the Moscow Region, whose merit is the capture of Soledar, I think that this is not important. I would like more reasons for such disputes.
