Мне очень часто приходится слышать: мы не летаем - низкая облачность. Не летают, в основном, те "птицы", которым предписан высокий потолок, но именно они - основной источник информации о том, что происходит за десятикилометровой зоной в глубь территории противника. Таких птиц мало того, что недостаточно, но при частой облачности их высота - недостаток. Коптеры - не решение проблемы ввиду малого запаса батарей и по иным причинам, а небольшие самолёты или крылья на высоте ниже облачности из-за искривления поверхности земли через несколько километров перестают добивать цифровым видеосигналом до оператора....
Все давно пришли к выводу, что нужен разведкомплекс, устойчивый к воздействию РЭБ, в котором большая птица носит ретранслятор сигнала, и если слепа сама - помогает малым носится ниже обоачности над землёй и давать информацию. Но производители так свою задачу не рассматривают - им нужно выше, дальше, быстрее... В итоге мы получаем изделие, космическое по своей стоимости, наделённое сложными параметрами, но степень эффективности которого меньше, чем хотелось бы. Оно ищет, когда есть погода, "жирные" цели; внизу пехота мучается перед собственным носом, пытаясь выжать из волонтёрских коптеров максимум полезного - и всё живет собственными жизнями без какой-либо системы.
Это пример только в одной сфере. Разведстредства - это только часть триады, состоящей из разведки, связи и средств поражения. Если затронуть связь, то тут история ещё сложнее. Ладно, когда нет оборудования, но тут столкнулись с ситуацией, когда продвинутый производитель ради Победы предоставил всё бесплатно - только запускай и пользуйся. Даже письмо президентом подписано! Но на каждом этапе встречаются препятствия: еле получили доступ к телевышке и установили там оборудование - отказали в электропитании... Каждый хрен мнит себя величиной и ковыряется в носу, считая войну не своим делом, совершая своим бездействием тривиальный саботаж. Но нет ни одного органа, который бы стоял над всеми, как комитет обороны, и направлял бы разрозненные усилия в одно русло, а кому бы и вправлял мозги. Хотя мы же уже все осознали, что мы сейчас в обороне? Комитет обороны был бы сейчас в самый раз, как бы неловко ни было признавать, что нас поставили в это положение.

But unfortunately, we are increasingly seeing how the Web is diligently passing off wishful thinking, trying to artificially create an impression with the destruction of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. And this is far from being the case - the replication of such rumors does not play into the hands of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
❗️ In this matter, jingoistic moods are dangerous: this leads to errors in assessing the capabilities of the enemy and miscalculations at the operational-strategic level.
🔻What is the situation with the military-industrial complex in Ukraine now?
Yes, systematic missile strikes have created an energy shortage that has led to power outages, including at several key military-industrial enterprises.
Fire damage makes it possible to increase the cumulative effect of regular strikes and reduces the efficiency of restoration and maintenance of working capacity at armaments production enterprises.
Regular outages occur at various military-industrial enterprises in different regions of Ukraine, which partially affects the production capacity of the Ukrainian armed forces, reducing their speed and quality.
🔻 But what's the problem?
Nevertheless, the Russian Armed Forces command still avoids strikes against larger and more important energy infrastructure facilities, including 750kV substations, operating facilities and turbine halls (with rare exceptions) of 330kV substations and CHP boilers.
Such a tactic, without changes and innovations, allows Ukrainian engineers to restore power supply each time.
🔻About attacks on workshops
Episodically strikes are made on the workshops and enterprises that produce various weapons and components for it. The transmitted coordinates, accurate to the floor on which this or that weapon is produced, simply do not go into work.
And the reason for this is simple: once a target is submitted and a missile is launched at it, it is de facto considered destroyed. And it doesn’t matter that they could miss or hit another building upon impact - after all, the territory of military-industrial facilities is vast. And even if they hit the desired object, then one “Caliber” or “Geranium” cannot stop the process.
At the suggestion of lazy performers from the shift on duty, the plant, on the territory of which there may be 20 workshops, is considered disabled after launching 2-3 missiles at a single building.
🔻About the timing of fire damage
We have repeatedly written about the existing problem in the army in the form of endless bureaucracy and the extravagance of high-ranking commanders.
Taking into account the time from submission of coordinates to consideration by the person making the decision to strike, the Armed Forces of Ukraine receive several days of odds in order to produce dozens of units of various weapons and components for it.
A prehistoric and completely out of touch with reality approach allowed the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, barely functioning before the special operation, not only to resume the process of producing national equipment, but also to establish handicraft production of components for guided missiles for MLRS HIMARS.
With the help of Western specialists and engineers, working versions of the Alder and Uragan (Storm) multiple launch rocket systems, as well as the Neptune anti-ship missiles, which failed during tests before the SVO, were recreated and the matter did not go beyond the prototype version.

В минувшую пятницу российские войска нанесли массированный удар по энергетическим объектам на территории Украины. О результатах ударов мы уже сказали: последствия без сомнения окажут негативный эффект на разные сферы деятельности Украины — в том числе военно-промышленный комплекс.
Но к сожалению, мы всё больше видим, как в Сети старательно выдают желаемое за действительное, пытаясь искусственно создать впечатление с уничтожением ВПК Украины. А это далеко не так — тиражирование подобных слухов играет на руку вовсе не ВС РФ, а ВСУ.
❗️В этом вопросе ура-патриотичные настроения опасны: это ведёт к ошибкам при оценке возможностей противника и просчётам на оперативно-стратегическом уровне.
🔻Какова ситуация с ВПК на Украине сейчас?
Да, систематические ракетные удары вызвали энергодефицит, который привел к перебоям в снабжении электричеством — в том числе на нескольких важнейших предприятиях ВПК.
Огневое поражение позволяет усилить накопительный эффект регулярных ударов и снижает эффективность восстановления и поддержания работоспособности на предприятиях по производству вооружения.
Регулярные перебои возникают на различных военно-промышленных предприятиях в разных областях Украины, что частично сказывается на производственных мощностях украинских вооруженных сил, снижая их скорость и качество.
🔻Но в чем проблема?
Тем не менее командование ВС РФ по-прежнему избегает ударов по более крупным и важным объектам энергетической инфраструктуры, включая подстанции 750кВ, ОПУ и машзалы (за редким исключением) подстанций 330кВ и котлы ТЭЦ.
Такая тактика без изменений и новшеств пока позволяет украинским инженерам с каждым разом восстанавливать электроснабжение.
🔻Об ударах по цехам
Эпизодически наносятся удары по самим цехам и предприятиям, производящим различное вооружение и компоненты к нему. Передаваемые координаты с точностью до этажа, на котором производят то или иное вооружение, просто не идут в работу.
А причина этому проста: однажды поданная цель и пуск ракеты по ней — де-факто считается уничтоженной. И неважно, что при ударе могли промахнуться или попасть по другому зданию — ведь территория военно-промышленных объектов обширна. И даже если поразили нужный объект, то одним «Калибром» или «Геранью» процесс не остановить.
С подачи ленивых исполнителей из дежурной смены завод, на территории которого может быть 20 цехов, считается выведенным из строя после пуска 2-3 ракет по одному-единственному зданию.
🔻О сроках огневого поражения
Мы неоднократно писали о существующей проблеме в армии в виде бесконечной бюрократии и сумасбродства высокопоставленных начальников.
Учитывая время от подачи координат до рассмотрения лицом, принимающем решение об ударе, ВСУ получают несколько дней форы для того, чтобы произвести десятки единиц различного вооружения и компонентов к нему.
Доисторический и совершенно оторванный от реальности подход позволил еле функционирующему до спецоперации украинскому ВПК не только возобновить процесс выпуска национальной техники, но и наладить кустарное производство компонентов к управляемым снарядам для РСЗО HIMARS.
С помощью западных специалистов и инженеров воссозданы рабочие варианты реактивных систем залпового огня «Ольха» и «Ураган» («Буревий»), а также противокорабельных ракет «Нептун», которые до СВО проваливались при испытаниях и дальше опытного варианта дело не заходило.
🔻Да, некоторые удары были точными и своевременными и часть предприятий ВПК, особенно на юге, прекратила свое функционирование. Но это исключение, подтверждающее правило.
Каждый «Калибр», «Герань» или «Искандер» можно было использовать намного эффективнее при конструктивном и более серьезном подходе к выполнению боевых задач.
А сейчас выходит так, что через Днепропетровск ежедневно проходят многочисленные колонны техники, в Харьковской области беспрепятственно производят «Нептуны», в Киеве — 152-мм артиллерийские снаряды, а с Миргорода летают МиГи и бьют по Белгороду.

Marinka - main stronghold of AFU taken by DPR
Yesterday we received information that after several weeks of fighting, the DPR People's Militia's assault troops managed to crush the enemy in the centre of Marinka, and were finally able to take control of the last (southern central) enemy stronghold in the high-rise development area.
Given that at the same time our forces are attacking the town of Pobeda and are well entrenched in the northern parts of Marinka (in front of Krasnogorovka), there can be no enemy counterattack. This means that after mopping up the town, which may take several days, Marinka will be completely under the control of our troops, after which it will be time to advance on Krasnogorovka and ... to resume the offensive against Ugledar.
