Сегодня хочу публично обратиться к Главе Донецкой Народной Республики Денису Пушилину.

Уважаемый Денис Владимирович!
Обращаюсь к Вам, как председатель Ассоциации грузовых перевозчиков и экспедиторов Республики Крым.

На данный момент мы оперируем парком грузовых автомобилей, который насчитывает более 300 единиц техники, и осуществляем доставку грузов через #сухопутныйкоридоркрым.

Прошу Вас урегулировать незаконные, безосновательные действия, которые устраивают на территории субъекта Российской Федерации - Донецкой Народной Республики - сотрудники силовых подразделений полиции ДНР, ОБЭП ДНР, военной комендатуры ДНР и других ведомств.

Так, сотрудники вышеуказанных подразделений п.Володарское (Никольское) , п. Мангуш и других населенных пунктов в пути следования маршрута массово, без особых причин, задерживают грузовые автомобили.

В частности, находят различные мелкие недочеты, а далее у водителей изымаются документы (документы на груз, технические паспорта, водительские удостоверения), это происходит без актов изъятия, а также иных процессуальных действий.

Таким образом автомобили задерживаются на незаконных основаниях.

В итоге на сегодня около пяти автомобилей, у водителей которых отобрали документы, стоят в п.Володарском уже несколько дней .

Я лично сам неоднократно выезжал в Володарское, Мангуш для урегулирования спорных вопросов.

Все эти действия сотрудников силовых ведомств я расцениваю, как превышение должностных полномочий, дополнительно затрудняющих и без того сложную логистику на новых территориях и в Республике Крым.

Стоит отметить, что подобные ситуации отмечаются только на территории ДНР.

Рассчитываю на Ваше оперативное вмешательство, потому как дальше терпеть этот беспредел нет сил.

Сижу и изучаю свои конспекты из артакадемии про основы организации контрбатарейной борьбы. Чисто теоретически, ничто не мешает наладить круглосуточный мониторинг этих территорий «Пенициллинами», «Зоопарками» и дронами, и иметь пару дежурных дивизионов самоходок (по три батареи в каждом) наготове для немедленного ответа на каждый обстрел. Но это требует принятия именно организационных решений, создания выделенного подразделения уровня пусть усечённого, но артполка, выделенного именно на защиту города, с максимально прокачанным подразделением разведки-целеуказания-аналитики. И появления командира, в сфере ответственности которого именно и только эта задача.

Только не надо говорить, что это дело военных, и нечего лезть со своими ненужными гражданскими советами. Будущий академик Никаноров, ещё будучи только аспирантом, получил Сталинскую премию именно за инициативно сделанную им модель расчёта расположения узлов ПВО вокруг Москвы таким образом, чтобы они гарантированно создавали купол над городом. Он вообще не был военным, он просто был хорошим математиком. Сейчас тоже неплохо бы собрать группу математиков и физиков — акустиков, баллистиков и т.д. — просто для моделирования и расчёта. Задача выглядит даже проще, чем те, которые стояли тогда перед колмогоровскими умниками.

А теперь, что называется, вопрос на засыпку: какая связь между обстрелами Донецка и многолетней грызнёй между академиками в РАН, предоставленной по факту самой себе и почти никак не задействованной в СВО.
