Всем доброй ночи. Хотя для меня эта ночь, когда мой мозг из-за продолжающегося дистресса не может выключиться, совсем недобрая, как и последнее время вообще совсем не доброе.

Я записывала это видео для близких друзей и не планировала его публиковать. Но теперь понимаю, что стОит. Чтобы все видели доказательство стремительного ухудшения моего здоровья, в частности на этом видео проблем с сердцем, которых у меня никогда не было до убийства Рассела и которые ухудшаются в связи с беспределом в отношении меня как потерпевшего по уголовному делу по убийству моего мужа. Сердечные приступы, которые стали происходить достаточно часто, практически каждый день, когда сердце очень сильно замедляется и становится тяжело дышать, а затем с силой начинает биться, после чего идёт серьёзная одышка, я показать не могу, только описать, чтО происходит.

Я об этом терпеливо молчала уже некоторое время, надеясь на благоразумие людей, но, похоже, на моём терпении решили поиграть.

Сейчас наступил момент, который очень похож на тот, когда я обратилась к общественности, что творится беззаконие, когда следователи военного СК РФ мне врали и пытались замять дело, и тем самым вынудили напрямую обратиться к В. В. Путину.

За последние пару дней мне в личку начали писать и спрашивать, как дела со вступившим 9 июня в силу приговором апелляционного суда и когда будут похороны тех небольших останков Рассела, которые остались от контактного взрыва и которые преступники не унесли, как основные останки, с целью чтобы "не было тела и не было, соответственно, дела". Когда шёл судебный процесс, останки Рассела вернулись в Москву из другой страны с независимой экспертизы. Мне сказали, что москвичи, которые не могут приехать на похороны в Донецк, хотели бы прийти проститься в Москве.

Так вот, 9 июня 2026 г. после оглашения решения на заседании апелляционного суда в конце один из трёх судей сказал, что "приговор сейчас вступил в законную силу; первые 5 дней суд готовит документы, в течение следующих 7 дней отсылает документы назад в суд первой инстанции и я как потерпевший могу их там получить".

Так вот я до сих пор добиваюсь, чтобы мне выдали мою копию вступившего в законную силу приговора. Мне до сих пор не отдали некоторые вещи Рассела, которые нашли, и которые я по закону должна получить через 15 дней после вступления приговора в силу. Я до сих пор не получила исполнительный лист. Хотя все сроки уже давно вышли.

Когда поехала в суд получать мою копию приговора, вещи мужа и исполнительный лист, мне было сказано, что Министерство обороны РФ подало против моего иска апелляционную жалобу, поэтому мне ничего не выдадут. Это через 6 месяцев после оглашения приговора 8 декабря 2025! Нормально?! У МО РФ, как и у всех участников процесса, были законные 15 дней начиная от 08.12.2025! Но нет же, они особенные, им всё можно, они подали через 6 месяцев!!! Уже после того, как состоялась апелляция! И в своей жалобе МО пишет всё то же, что уже писало в своих возражениях во время суда первой инстанции. Суд тогда учёл их, но принял решение в мою пользу. Хотя два адвоката осужденных выступали против моего иска, и апелляционный суд принял решение в мою пользу, после чего приговор вступил в силу.

Я написала возражения на апелляционную жалобу МО РФ 1 июля 2026, отдала в суд и вчера позвонила узнать, когда будет снова апелляционное заседание по жалобе МО, а мне заявили, что документы не ушли в апелляцию, так как в Донецкий гарнизонный военный суд поступило ходатайство об отправке Вансяцкого, Агальцева и Иорданова на СВО, и суд вынес постановление о приостановлении уголовного дела!!!!!!!! Каким образом, если я и мой адвокат своими ушами слышали слова судьи 9 июня, что приговор вступил в силу?!!! Какое СВО, если они, облечённые властью оружия, забили насмерть гражданского связанного человека с мешком на голове, на которой ещё и прыгали? Какое СВО, если Министерство обороны выдало оператору БПЛА тротиловую шашку, а тот передал её Вансяцкому, и они с Агальцевым взорвали тело Рассела, вместо того, чтобы передать его мне, чтобы я могла проститься и похоронить его ⬇️

⬆️ по-человечески?! Какое СВО, если МО РФ выдало им автоматы и они, военные из офицерского состава, стреляли прямо возле головы у лежащего на земле связанного абсолютно невинного человека?! Они преступники, которые должны понести согласно вступившему 9 июня в законную силу приговору оглашённое каждому наказание.

Мне стало известно, что ходатайство о том, чтобы отправить их на СВО, поступило с пункта отбора. Я так понимаю, что это план МО - забрать их, соответственно дело приостановить (хотя какое приостановить, если приговор вступил в силу?!), не выдавать мне вещи Рассела, среди которых его документы со времён ополчения 2014, его аккредитации, его военный билет и другие все документы, которые были с ним 8 апреля, его дайверские часы, иконка, моё фото рядом с фото его мамы😭😭😭, не выдавать мне исполнительный лист - загнать меня в могилу всеми этими годами длящимися истязаниями.

Напомню, что 8 адвокатов осужденных + четверо самих осужденных + мой адвокат + я 9 июня 2026 г. были на объявлении судом на заседании апелляционной инстанции приговора от 08.12.2025 г., который претерпел незначительные изменения и на основании ст. 390 п.2 УПК РФ вступил в силу с момента его провозглашения. И дальше его можно пересмотреть только в специальных, вышестоящих инстанциях.

Теперь же появилась фраза, что приговор не вступил в силу 😡 Быстренько кто-то заинтересованный подсуетился, и появилось ходатайство с пункта отбора об отправке на СВО осуждённых, которые убили и куда-то дели тело Рассела. Быстренько приостановили уголовное дело, хотя оно не может быть приостановлено, т.к. приговор вступил в законную силу.

Из этого всего для меня: осужденные не несут никакого наказания;
соответственно, когда преступник на воле без наказания, может повторить то же самое с любым попавшимся под руку человеком (А чо такого? - Убил -> в СИЗО посидел -> на фронт, снова убил -> снова посидел в СИЗО -> снова на фронт, да?);
мне не отдают вещи мужа 😭;
я уже после 9 июня потревожила людей в Москве и Донецке по поводу прощания и похорон - и теперь всё зависло 😭;
мне не выдают исполнительный лист;
вместо того, чтобы восстанавливать утраченное здоровье и делать то, что могу для нашей Победы, здоровье и все жизненные силы убиваются на борьбу за то, что должно было уже закончиться на законных основаниях. Может, это специально делается?

Good evening, everyone. Although for me, this evening is not very good since my brain is unable to shut down due to ongoing distress. In general, things are not very good as of late.

I made this video for close friends and wasn’t planning to publish it. But now I feel that it needs to be done in order for everyone to see proof of the rapid decline of my health, in particular, the issues with my heart, as I’ve depicted in this video, which I had never had before Russell's murder, and which are getting worse due to the lawlessness being carried out against myself, the victim in the criminal case of my husband's murder. I experience episodes of heart arrhythmia, which have been occurring quite often as of late, now almost daily, when my heart slows down significantly and it gets hard to breathe, and then the heart starts beating too hard, after which I experience severe shortness of breath. I cannot show it, I can only describe what happens.

I've been patiently silent about this for some time now, hoping for people's prudence, but it seems they’ve decided to test my patience.

What’s going on now feels very similar to the time back when I addressed the public regarding the lawlessness taking place when investigators of the Military Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation lied to me and tried to sweep the case under the rug, and, in doing so, forced me to address Vladimir Putin directly.

Over the past couple of days, people have started sending me DMs asking how things are going with the verdict of the Court of Appeals that was rendered on June 9, (2026), as well as asking about the date of the funeral of those meager remains of Russell, which were left following an extremely close-range explosion and which the criminals did not manage to take away with the majority of the remains, so that "there would be no body and, as such, there would be no (criminal) case." During the trial, Russell's remains were returned to Moscow after an independent examination abroad. I was told that those Muscovites who would not be unable to attend the funeral in Donetsk would still like to come and say goodbye in Moscow.

Anyway, on June 9, 2026, after the verdict was announced at the Court of Appeal hearing, one of the three judges said, at the end, that "the verdict has now taken effect, and that, within the first five days, the court will prepare the paperwork to send back to the lower court, within the next seven days, where I, as the victim, will be able to receive it."

As it stands, I'm still trying to get a copy of the verdict that has taken effect. I still haven't been given some of Russell's found belongings, which, according to the law, I must receive in 15 days after the verdict takes effect. I still haven't received the writ of execution, even though all of the deadlines have long since passed.

When I went to the courthouse to get my copy of the verdict, my husband's belongings, and the writ of execution, I was told that the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation had filed an appeal against my claim, so the court wasn’t going to give me anything. This is taking place six months after the verdict (of the lower court) was announced on December 8, 2025! How is this okay?! The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, like all of the participants of the process, had the law-given fifteen days starting on 12/08/2025 (to submit their appeal)! But given how very special they are, they can do whatever they want, and, as such, they filed their appeal six months later! After the appeal hearing took place! And, in their complaint, the Ministry of Defence wrote exactly the same things that it had already written in their (original) objections during the (lower court) trial. Back then, the court took them into account, but still decided in my favor. (This took place despite the fact that) two attorneys of the convicts opposed my claim. The Court of Appeals ruled in my favor, after which the sentence was to go into effect.

I wrote my objections to the appeal of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on July 1, 2026, and submitted them to the (lower) court. Yesterday I called them to find out when another appeal hearing, (this time) regarding the appeal of the Ministry of Defence would be held, and they declared to me that the paperwork was not sent to the Court of Appeals, because the Donetsk Garrison Military Court received a request to send Vansyatsky, Agaltsev and Iordanov to the Special Military Operation, and the court rendered a decision to suspend the criminal case!!!!!!!! How (is it possible), when my lawyer and I heard with our own ears the words of the judge on June 9, that the verdict was taking effect?!!! What SMO, when they, invested with the power of weapons, beat to death a bound civilian with a bag on his head, which they also jumped on? What SMO, when the Ministry of Defence supplied a drone operator with a TNT stick, and he handed it to Vansyatsky, and then he and Agaltsev blew up Russell's body instead of handing it over to me so I could say goodbye and bury him properly?

What SMO, when the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation supplied them with machine guns and they, being military officers, fired (into the ground) right next to the head of an absolutely innocent man lying on the ground?! They are criminals who, according to the verdict that went into effect on June 9, must be punished according to the punishment that was announced for each of them..

I have learned that the request to send them to the SMO was sent from an enlistment eligibility center. My understanding is that this is the MOD's plan - to take them (back to service), and, respectively, to suspend the case (although, how can it be suspended if the verdict was to take effect?); not to give me Russell's belongings, including his documents from back in 2014, when he was in the militia, as well as his accreditation, his military ID, and all other documents that he had on him on April 8th, (2024), his diver’s watch, his small icon, my photo next to his mom's photo; not to give me the writ of execution, and, in doing all of this, to drive me to the grave after this years-long torture.

As a reminder, on June 9, 2026, eight lawyers of the convicts + four of the convicts themselves + my lawyer + I were at the appeal hearing during which the verdict from 08.12.2025 was read aloud, it underwent minor changes and went into effect from the time of its announcement based on Paragraph 2 of Article 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. After that, it could only be reviewed by special, higher courts.

Now it’s been stated that the verdict has not gone into effect 😡 . Rather quickly, someone with an agenda scrambled, and a petition arrived from an enlistment eligibility center to send the convicts who killed Russell and stashed his body somewhere to the Special Military Operation. The criminal case was suspended quickly, although it shouldn’t have been suspended as the verdict was to take effect.

My take from all of this:

* The convicts are not going to bear any punishment.
* Accordingly, when a criminal is free without punishment, he can repeat the same thing with any person who comes to hand (“What’s the big deal? One killed someone → got arrested → back to the front, kills again → gets arrested again → back to the front,” right?).
* They are not giving me my husband's belongings 😭.
* After June 9, (2026), I already bothered people in Moscow and Donetsk about the viewing and the funeral, and now everything on hold 😭.
* They are not giving me the writ of execution.

Instead of focusing on fixing my damaged health and doing what I can for our Victory, all of my vital energy and my health are being wasted fighting for something that should have already ended legally. Could this be happening on purpose?
