❗️Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah said:

❗️Jihād becomes Fard (an obligation) upon the Muslims if an Islamic Scholar, Leader or Ruler etc. ever gives a Fatwa (a ruling/command) calling for Jihād. We all know we will never ever hear a Fatwa for Jihād from the Arab rulers, nor from their scholars, both the dirty sellout ones and the silent cowardly complicit ones. So who should we look to when most of the rulers and scholars are traitors?
