The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights announced on Thursday that more than half of the Gaza Strip is living under Israeli evacuation orders, while international humanitarian relief agencies warned that residents are threatened with severe hunger due to the halt in aid deliveries.

He added that Israel also has a legal responsibility to deliver aid to Gaza.

Spokesman Thamin Al-Khitan also said that humanitarian personnel working in Gaza are not safe.

A few days ago, the Israeli occupation army killed 15 members of the Civil Defense and Red Crescent in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
