"In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemns in the strongest terms the ongoing Zionist aggression against the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, which has escalated in recent hours through air strikes targeting areas in the countryside of Damascus, Daraa, Hama and Homs, the incursion of occupation tanks into the countryside of Daraa, and the martyrdom of ten people from the city of Nawa in Daraa Governorate, as a result of the Zionist occupation air force’s bombing of the Al-Jubailiyah forest west of the city, in a new crime added to the terrorist occupation’s record full of aggression and criminality.

We, in the Hamas movement, commend the heroic stance of the steadfast people of Daraa, who bravely confronted the incursion of the occupation forces, proving once again the will of free peoples to resist occupation and reject hegemony and aggression.

We also affirm that this Zionist escalation comes within the context of the policy of arrogance and bullying pursued by the terrorist Netanyahu government, and represents an extension of its fascist aggression against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Jerusalem, where the war of extermination, siege, starvation, and displacement continues.

In this context, we strongly condemn the ongoing US aggression against the Republic of Yemen, which serves as a cover for Zionist aggression and represents a new manifestation of US bullying targeting the nation's people and its stability.

We, in the Hamas movement, call for concerted national, Arab, and Islamic efforts, unified positions in confronting the occupation and its aggressive plans, and resisting it by all means until it is eliminated from our land and holy sites."

"In the past 24 hours, the Gaza Strip hospitals received 100 martyrs, and 138 others injured from the deliberate massacres by the criminal occupation army.

The death toll of martyrs since March 18, 2025 has surged to 1,163, in addition to 2,735 others injured."

The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, condemns in the strongest terms the Hungarian government's announcement of its withdrawal from the International Criminal Court (ICC). This announcement coincides with the visit of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, who is wanted by the court for the heinous crimes committed by his fascist army against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. We consider this decision an immoral position that represents blatant complicity with a war criminal on the run from international justice, and a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of human justice.

Hungary's decision constitutes a slap in the face to the principle of international justice and embodies the double standards pursued by some Western governments, most notably Hungary and the United States. This policy undermines the international judicial system, encourages impunity, and poses a direct threat to global peace and stability.

We, the Hamas movement, demand that the Hungarian government immediately rescind this biased and shameful decision, fulfill its legal obligations, and hand over the war criminal Netanyahu to the International Criminal Court, where he can be held accountable for his crimes and receive just punishment for the massacres and genocide he has committed against our Palestinian people.
