We affirm that the Zionist occupation is not targeting a specific party or faction, but rather is waging a comprehensive war against all our Palestinian people in an attempt to undermine our existence, liquidate the Palestinian cause, and obliterate our national identity. Accordingly, the response to this war must be through unity of ranks and strengthening resistance in all its forms to confront this ongoing aggression, and to be wary of all its cowardly methods to strike at the home front and incite chaos.
We hold the Zionist occupation fully responsible for the humanitarian tragedy and disastrous living conditions it is imposing on our people, in light of the ongoing war of extermination, starvation and siege policies, and even waging psychological warfare and attempting to undermine the unity of our people and incite chaos, in a despicable effort to tear apart the internal front and weaken the resistance.
We call for heightened national and popular mobilization to confront the enemy's hybrid warfare tactics aimed at undermining our people's morale and unity on the ground and in society. Anyone who contributes to spreading rumors or fueling internal divisions directly serves the enemy, and it is our collective duty to confront these attempts with resolve and national responsibility.
Protecting civil peace and strengthening national solidarity are the safety valve against the destructive Zionist war. We call on our people to adhere to their unity and rally around the resistance.
We emphasize the need for concerted efforts from all national, official, and societal bodies to strengthen the steadfastness of our people at all levels. Alleviating the burdens created by the aggression and blockade is a national responsibility that falls on everyone. Serious steps must be taken, especially by the responsible authorities in Gaza, to confront all the negative phenomena that exacerbate the suffering of our people, from high prices and monopoly to the growing living crises.
We call on all forces and institutions to work together to ensure the continuity of essential services, support affected families, and enhance the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among our people.
We call on the tribes that have offered martyrs and sacrifices, endured suffering and pain, and stood firm in the face of the occupation and its methods, to assume their assigned national role and lift the cover from those outside the law who contribute to spreading chaos and undermining civil peace in service of the occupation.
