Our sovereign position is to reject the transfer of uranium outside the country and we are ready to reduce the enrichment rate. We do not want a regional war and neither do the countries of the region, but any American attack will change that. I offered in Muscat my readiness to stay there as long as necessary to reach a real agreement quickly.
