The previous rounds, we had three 'no's': We do not seek nuclear weapons, we will not go to produce them, and we will not store them. They should pay the price for that. Regarding the storage of 60% enriched nuclear materials, we did not produce them for military purposes and we have no intentions in this regard. Our program is peaceful and our capabilities are local. We can reduce the enrichment rate from 60% to 20%, but they have to pay the corresponding price. There is no reason to transfer stored materials outside of Iran, and it is possible to return to 20% enrichment, so there is no need for all the complex procedures.
