A Turkish-flagged cargo ship was struck by a kamikaze drone in the Black Sea yesterday morning while en route from a Ukrainian port to Türkiye. This marks the fourth attack on Turkish-linked vessels in the Black Sea in recent weeks.

The "Dossier" Center was able to establish the names of the fighters of the "Wagner" PMC who, according to the project, killed a Syrian with a sledgehammer in 2017

In 2017, a deserter from the Syrian army, El-Ismail, was brutally executed by mercenaries from the "Wagner" PMC. The Syrian had his hands and head cut off, then he was hung upside down and burned. The entire process was filmed and later published.

"Dossier" received documents from the hacked database of the "Wagner" PMC, which contained information about these militants and their commanders. The identity of one of the alleged killers, Stanislav Dychko ("Scarab"), was established by "Novaya Gazeta" in 2019. Dychko appeared in the video of the execution. "Dossier" found out that he was dismissed from the PMC "for health reasons" immediately after the video of the murder. In 2021, Dychko died, the circumstances of his death are unknown.

Other alleged killers: Jahongir Mirazov with the nickname "Pamir" (expelled in 2018 for drug use), Vladislav Apostol with the nickname "Wolf" (died in 2018 in the Middle East), Mikhail Masharov - "Moor" (reportedly punished for filming what was happening), Vladislav Panchuk - "Roger", Oleg Kongin (also known as Oleg Zavarukha) - "Kong", Andrey Bakunovich - "Strapa", Igor Kryzhanovsky - "Ricochet" (died in 2017).

As the "Dossier" Center found out, the murder of the Syrian citizen, who appears in the documents under the name El-Ismail, was carried out by Wagner fighters on the orders of their superiors. The order, according to the project, was given by the commander of the 4th assault detachment Nikolay Budko (who previously served in the riot police). Also, "Dossier" named the head of the "security service" of the terrorist organization - it is believed to be Ruslan Akhmedov, who has been working for Prigozhin since 2014.
