➡️ The oil tanker Hyperion, linked to Russia's "shadow fleet," has arrived at Venezuela's Amoy port, near the largest oil refining complex. This comes after the US announced a naval blockade of Venezuela.

➡️ Previously sanctioned by the US for transporting Russian oil, Hyperion may be the first to "test" the blockade.
